Mercedes me is a connected car app that allows owner’s to start the engine, locate their car, lock the doors, and get technical help, all with the push of a button.
Mercedes-Benz wanted to add some financial service functionality in order to provide owner’s with a more robust experience. A more personal tool for ownership, and everything you’d expect from Mercedes-Benz.
WHAT WE DID
The addition of financial services functionality, as well as single sign on, provided the app with a more seamless experience, bridging the gap between dealer, customer, and brand.
As the creative lead, more data allowed the team a more premium and thoughtfully designed experience. More personal messaging and big beautiful infographics, empowered and encouraged a deeper engagement.
